The Oberoi,New Delhi

The Oberoi, New Delhi, is tucked away at 1513, Gali Arya Samaj in Bazar Sita Ram. This isn't the big hotel building most people think of when they hear the name, but this is where we are registered and where a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff happens in this part of Delhi. Being in Bazar Sita Ram means we are right in the thick of things. The lanes are narrow and there is always something going on right outside the door. 110006 is a busy zip code and you can feel it every single minute of the day. We deal with all sorts of administrative tasks and coordination here. It can get pretty cramped with all the files and the noise from the street coming in through the windows. The staff here has been around for a long time and we know the Gali Arya Samaj area like the back of our hands. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the business that needs handling in this part of the city. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit around and wait, or the delivery guys get lost looking for the specific house number because the numbers in this bazar don't always make sense. It is just the way things are in Old Delhi. We keep moving and getting the work done regardless of the chaos outside.
