The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur

We are based out of Rajindra Park here in New Delhi, specifically on the first floor of house number one. It is a bit of a trek for some, but we have been in this spot for a while now. Even though the name links us to Udaipur, this office is where the actual paperwork happens. Most days, you will find a few of us sitting around desks, handling calls and sorting through files. It is not a fancy setup by any means. There are a lot of files stacked up, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, which keeps us going. We deal with all sorts of administrative tasks that keep the larger operation running smoothly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. It is a practical space where we focus on getting the work done without much fuss. People think it is all glamour, but it is really just about making sure every booking and every guest request is logged correctly in the system. We try to stay organized, though some days the piles of paper seem to grow on their own. It is just a regular office environment where we do our best to stay on top of things. If you walk up to the first floor, you will hear the hum of computers and the occasional phone ringing. It is just how we operate day in and day out.
