The Oberoi, New Delhi

You can find us at House No. 52/105 in Hitesh Bhawan. It’s a bit different because even though the name says The Oberoi, we aren't in a big glass hotel building. We are located in this part of New Delhi that borders toward Haryana, with the 110021 zip code. The office is inside a regular building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We spend our hours here handling various bits of business that need to get done. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with messages and sorting out schedules. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the local traffic, but inside it stays mostly calm. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. It’s not a huge setup, but it works for what we do. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay awake during the slow afternoon hours. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until the backup kicks in or the lights come back on. It’s a very local way of working. People from the nearby houses walk by and we know most of the faces. We don't have any big signs out front, just the address and us doing our jobs inside Hitesh Bhawan every day of the week except Sundays. It is a simple place where the work gets handled without any extra fuss or ceremony.
