We operate from J-405 in New Rajinder Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not like being in a big commercial hub. This is where we handle bits and pieces for the hotel group. It’s mostly computer work and keeping track of schedules. The office is small. You have to be careful not to trip over the cords if you aren't looking. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea. It's the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The street outside can get a bit crowded with cars, but that’s just New Delhi for you. We’ve been at this address for a while and the people in the next building are friendly. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or if they specifically need our help. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and some to-do lists. Sometimes we get behind, but we always catch up eventually. It’s just how it goes when you’re a small team. We try to be helpful and stay out of trouble. It’s a plain, simple way to run things, and it works for us. We're just regular people doing our jobs and making sure the files are where they belong.
