The Metropolitan Hotel

The Metropolitan Hotel is located at 14/490 Sec 1, Diz Area, right on R.K. Ashram Marg near Gol Market. Even though the address says New Delhi Haryana 110001 In, we are right in the heart of the city. It’s a very busy spot. The traffic outside is constant, with cars and rickshaws honking at all hours. Our building at 14/490 has been here for a while, and you can see it in the architecture. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. Inside, it’s a bit more peaceful, but you can still hear the city hum. We have the usual hotel setup—a lobby with some heavy chairs, a reception desk that’s seen a lot of guests, and hallways that lead to the rooms. The staff has been around for years, so we all know each other’s habits. We spend a lot of time making sure the linens are clean and the rooms are ready for whoever arrives next. Sometimes a guest is unhappy about the noise or the plumbing, and we just do what we can to fix it. It’s a practical place to stay if you need to be near the center of town. We don't have a fancy spa or anything, just basic rooms and a kitchen that stays busy. It's a lot of work keeping an old building running, but we stay on top of it every day.
