We are tucked away in Friends Colony West, at number 77. It’s a nice, quiet part of New Delhi, which we really appreciate. We’ve been managing this place for a while now. It’s not a giant hotel with hundreds of rooms. It’s more of a smaller, more personal spot. We handle the daily operations ourselves. We don’t have a big corporate office in another city telling us what to do every minute. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Whether it’s fixing a light or checking someone in late at night, we’re here. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the colony. We don’t really go in for big marketing campaigns. We find that people who stay here usually tell their friends, and that’s how we keep going. It’s a simple way of doing business. We have a small staff, and most of us have been here for a long time. We know the neighborhood, and we know our regulars. We don’t use those polished scripts you hear at big chains. We just talk to people like normal people. Sometimes things aren't perfect, but we always try to make it right. It’s just a real place with real people working hard. That’s what we are. We just keep things moving and look after the guests. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we like being here.
