The Lutyens Hotel, New Delhi

Our office is currently situated over in Patel Garden, near Kakrola Mod in the Uttamnagar area. It’s actually at B-46/A, and we share the space with Mr. Ved Prakash Upadhay. This part of New Delhi is quite far from the fancy district people usually think of, but this is where we do our admin work. It’s a local neighborhood, very residential, with kids playing in the streets and shops selling groceries nearby. We have a small setup here for The Lutyens Hotel, New Delhi matters. It’s mostly just handling correspondence and making sure the bills are paid and the bookings are managed. The office is simple, with just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. We don't have a big sign outside, so you really have to look for the house number. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area has a good energy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. It’s not a hotel building itself, just the place where the management stuff happens. We have tea and talk about the neighborhood news. It’s a very plain, honest way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly and that we keep things running smoothly from this little corner of Uttamnagar.
