The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group

We are based in the New Delhi area with the 110018 pin code. This is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for our hospitality group happens. The office is always full of people typing away or talking on their phones about room bookings and hotel maintenance. It’s a large operation, but our daily life here is pretty much like any other office. We have meetings about budgets and then we spend hours responding to emails. The building is right in a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We have been working in this industry for quite many years. Many of us have been here a long time and we know the routine inside out. It is not always glamorous; sometimes we are just dealing with broken air conditioners or food supply delays at one of the properties. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on making sure the hotels have what they need to stay open. The hallways are often stacked with boxes or folders that need to be filed away. We have a small canteen where we all grab tea in the afternoon. It is a place where we work hard and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic during the peak travel seasons. We've stayed at this Delhi location for a while, and it has become a second home for most of the staff members here.
