We’re located over in Modern Shahdara, specifically on Street No. 23. It’s a residential-feeling area, not like the big commercial hubs you see in other parts of Delhi. Being at 1/2026 makes us part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while, handling the side of the hotel business that people don't usually see when they stay in a room. It isn't about the lobby flowers or the fancy uniforms here. It’s about the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to keep things moving. The street can get a bit narrow, and finding a parking spot is always a bit of a challenge in the mornings. We have a small crew who knows the ropes. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone with different departments. It’s funny because people think of big hotels as just being in one place, but it takes a lot of small offices like ours to keep everything together. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy talk. We just check the lists, talk to the vendors, and make sure the accounts are right. It’s a steady kind of job that requires a lot of patience. When the day is over, we lock up the shutters and head home just like everyone else on the block. It’s just regular work in a regular part of the city, and we are fine with that. We don't feel the need to be anything else.
