We operate out of a first-floor space in Malviya Nagar, at H-15/14. It’s a good spot to be in New Delhi because everything is so close by. The office isn’t huge, but it fits the team we have here. We deal with all sorts of things related to the hotel business, mostly the stuff people don't see when they're actually staying in a room. It’s a lot of coordinating with different departments and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. Malviya Nagar is a lively place to work. You’ve got the markets right there and plenty of people moving around. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the market is in full swing, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't big on fancy titles or formal meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks to get things sorted out. It’s more efficient that way. We've been at this address for a good while and the locals know us. We just want to do our jobs well and keep things moving. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. We take things one day at a time, handling whatever comes up. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it seems to work for us and the people we serve in the long run.
