The Hotel Metropolitan

The Hotel Metropolitan is situated over at Azam Manzil, D-10/1 in Okhla Vihar, Jamia Nagar. It’s a part of New Delhi that stays pretty active day and night. We aren't one of those massive, cold hotel chains you see in the movies. Our place is more about being a practical spot for people to stay when they’re in the Jamia Nagar area. The building has been here for a while, and it has its own character. It’s not perfect; sometimes the elevator is slow, and the hallways are a bit narrow. But it’s a real place run by real people. We spend our time checking people in, making sure the rooms are ready, and answering questions about where to eat nearby. We don't use fancy titles or wear expensive uniforms. Usually, you’ll just find us behind the desk or helping out in the back. It’s a lot of work keeping a hotel running, especially during the busy seasons. We deal with all sorts of guests, from students to families visiting relatives. We just try to keep things tidy and make sure everyone has what they need. It’s a simple operation, and we don't try to dress it up as something it isn't. We just provide a place to sleep and keep the business going as best as we can. We've been here long enough that the neighborhood feels like home to us and our regular guests.
