The Grand, New Delhi

Don’t let the name The Grand, New Delhi throw you off; we’re just a regular business based out of Trilok Puri. Specifically, we’re at House No. 53-54 in Block 36. This part of Delhi is busy and full of life, and our office is right in the middle of it. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s not some five-star hotel setup, just a couple of rooms where we manage our operations. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly keeping track of schedules and talking to people who need help with their arrangements. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the work than the decor. It gets hot in the summer, so the fans are always going. We know our neighbors, and they know us. We aren't some distant company; we’re right here in the 110091 zip code. We drink our chai from the stall around the corner and get on with it. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of files, but we manage somehow. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to finish the day's tasks so we can go home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple life and a simple business here in Trilok Puri, and we are okay with that.
