You can find us over at 29, Vigyan Lok in Anand Vihar. It’s an interesting spot because while the hotel name is tied to Vasant Kunj, our operations and back-end stuff involve this location too. Delhi is a big place, and keeping things organized across different areas is just part of the job. We have been working out of this space for a while now, handling all sorts of things that guests don't usually see. It's not the fancy lobby people imagine when they hear the name. It’s more about desks, files, and people talking on phones. We deal with a lot of logistics. If a supplier is late or a guest has a specific request that needs coordinating, it often flows through here. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We are just a group of people who know how hotels work and what it takes to keep them running smoothly. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise and we have to call the repair guy, just like anyone else. We spend our days making sure the bookings are right and the schedules are set. Anand Vihar is a busy area, so there’s always noise outside from the traffic and the markets. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are taken care of. It is hard work but we are used to the pace of it now.
