The Grand Hotel

We run The Grand Hotel, but don't let the name fool you into thinking we're some massive skyscraper. We’re actually located in the Sunder Apartments at 26-B-Gh-10, right on the Outer Ring Road in Paschim Vihar. It’s a more personal setup than those giant hotels you see downtown. We’ve been here for a while, providing a place for people to stay and handle their business while they're in Delhi. The Outer Ring Road is always humming with activity, which makes us easy to get to, even if the traffic can be a bit much sometimes. We’re just a small crew running the place, and we do most of the work ourselves, from checking people in to making sure the rooms are decent. It’s not a polished corporate operation with a hundred rules for everything. We just treat people normally and try to be helpful when they have questions about the city. Being in an apartment complex gives the whole place a different feel—more like a home than a sterile lobby. We spend our days making sure things are clean, the bills are paid, and the guests have what they need. It’s a simple way of doing things, and we don't feel the need to use a bunch of marketing talk to describe it. We’re just a local business in Paschim Vihar, doing what we do every day without much fuss. If you’re passing through this part of West Delhi, you’ll see our building right there.
