The Bristol Hotel

We've been over here at A-107 Raju Park for a good while now. It’s right on Deoli Road in New Delhi. Most people just know us as The Bristol Hotel. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through this part of town. We just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who stops by. The building itself is pretty easy to spot once you get into the Raju Park area. We spend most of our mornings getting the rooms sorted and making sure the lobby isn't too cluttered. Sometimes the power goes out or the water acts up like it does in Delhi, but we deal with it as it comes. It’s just me and a few other staff members handling the day-to-day stuff. We don't have a big fancy reception team, just whoever is on shift at the time. Most of our guests are just people passing through or visiting relatives nearby. We keep the keys behind the desk and try to remember everyone's face. It gets loud outside with the street noise, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We don't do much advertising because most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the basics like clean sheets and making sure the doors are locked at night. That’s pretty much how we spend our days here in New Delhi.
