The Bristol Hotel

We started this place because we had the space in the village and thought it would be good for travelers. It’s a bit different from the big hotels you see in the city center. Since we are in Captain Choto Ram’s house, it feels a lot more like a home than a business. We have rooms for people who are passing through or staying for work in the nearby areas. The Mahroli-Gurgaon Road is always packed with cars, but once you turn into Aya Nagar and find the post office, it gets a bit more local and grounded. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that. We just have our building and we try to keep it tidy for everyone. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the area well. We spend our time cleaning, cooking, and making sure the guests are comfortable. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We like being in this part of New Delhi because it’s always active. There is always something going on just outside the door at House No -23.
