Our office for Tekcare India Pvt Ltd Videocon Group is over in Mayur Vihar Phase I. We are at 82-D in Pocket IV. If you know Delhi, you know this area is always moving. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this pocket of the city. The office is small and the shelves are packed with old binders and spare parts. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of the group. It is not a flashy place. The flooring is a bit worn out from people walking back and forth all day. We have a small desk near the window where the sun hits in the afternoon, making it a bit too warm sometimes. We just use a small cooler to keep things decent. The noise from the street comes in, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just the sound of the city. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just handle things as they come. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us climbs up and changes it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, even if the desks don't always look like it. There’s always a lot to do, and we just keep plugging away at it day after day.
