Niit Smart Serve

Niit Smart Serve is based out of Vasant Kunj, specifically at 2477 D-Ii. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get into the right block. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and there’s always cars moving around outside. We’ve been here for a good while now. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s where we handle the service side of things. People usually call us when they need something sorted out, and we do our best to help them over the phone or via email. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the summer heat. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters with glass walls. We are just a group of people working in a regular room. Sometimes we order lunch together from the places nearby. Vasant Kunj has some good food if you know where to look. The work can be repetitive, but we have a good laugh now and then to keep things light. We focus on the tasks at hand and try not to get too stressed when things get hectic. It’s a practical environment. No one wears suits unless they really have to. We just show up, do the job, and go home at the end of the day. It is what it is for us.
