J. M. K. Enterprises

J. M. K. Enterprises is located here in West Sagarpur, at Rz - J - 66/216. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you don’t know these streets well. We deal with various trading goods and general supplies. It’s a family-run thing. My brother and I handle all the daily tasks. The shop is packed with boxes from the floor all the way to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to move ten things just to get to one small item at the back of the shelf. We aren't some big warehouse with forklifts and computers. We just use our hands and a small metal trolley to move the stock. The neighborhood is crowded and the traffic can be a nightmare in the late afternoons. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Customers usually just call us up on the phone and we tell them if we have what they need in stock. We don't have a catalog or a website. We just know what’s in the boxes. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, and the lighting isn't great, but it’s where we work every day. We know the other shopkeepers around here, so we often swap news and drink tea together. It’s a basic business. We buy things, we store them, and we sell them to whoever needs them. Nothing complicated about it at all. We just try to keep things moving and stay busy through the week. The overhead fan squeaks.
