We are located over at 641 Baba Kharak Singh Marg, right near the Goal Dak Khana. It’s a central spot in Delhi-1, so it’s easy enough for most people to find. Working in a BPO means things are always moving, and our office is no different. It’s a busy building. We have people coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and night. The area around the post office is always bustling with activity. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everyone. We have desks, computers, and a small break area where we drink way too much tea. It’s not some high-tech campus you see in the movies. It’s just a place where people work hard. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but we manage. Most of the folks working here live nearby or take the metro. We’ve been here for a bit now. It’s a practical location. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with posters on the walls. We just focus on the calls and the data we have to handle. It gets loud when everyone is on the phone at once. That's just the nature of the work we do here in the heart of the city. We try to keep things organized but it’s a living office, so it gets messy sometimes. It’s just our daily life and we get through it.
