Travel Port

We are located at House Number 1168 in the Mahipalpur Extension. If you know New Delhi, you know Mahipalpur is always moving because it's so close to the airport. You can hear the planes taking off sometimes, which is just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a busy spot with lots of people coming through the area looking for some travel help. We don't have a giant lobby or anything, just a normal office where we sit and work through bookings and schedules on our computers. It gets a bit hectic when it's peak season, and the phone doesn't seem to stop ringing for hours. We try to keep everything organized, though it’s a lot of paper and screens to look at all day. The staff here are mostly local people who know the city and the routes well. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about where they need to go and how they are going to get there. It’s not always smooth sailing. Things change at the last minute sometimes, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just the nature of the work we do. We like the energy of the neighborhood. There’s always someone new walking by the door. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
