Tej Ram Dharam Paul

Our business, Tej Ram Dharam Paul, is located at Chanderlok 93 in the Pitampura area. It is a family-owned spot that has been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We use the ground floor of the building for most of our daily operations. It’s a busy street, so there is always noise from the traffic and people walking by. Inside, it’s a bit more organized, though we have papers and ledger books scattered across the main table. We don't really have a formal reception or a waiting area. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a chair near the desk. We handle various trading activities and some local distribution. The work isn't flashy, just the kind of thing where you show up every morning and handle whatever comes your way. We have a small staff, mostly family and a couple of guys who have worked with us for a decade. The walls have some old calendars hanging on them, and there is a small shrine in the corner where we light incense every morning. We don't use much technology besides a basic computer and our mobile phones. Most of our deals are still done with a handshake and a conversation. It is a traditional way of doing business, but it works for us. We stay open until the sun goes down, then we lock up and head home. It’s just a normal, hardworking place without any big pretenses.
