We are located right near the MTNL office in Samalka. New Delhi 110037 is a busy area, and things are always moving fast around here. Even though the name might make you think of somewhere else, we are right here on the ground in Delhi. We handle guests and daily operations in a way that just makes sense for the neighborhood. The building is easy to find if you are looking for the MTNL landmark. It isn’t a massive skyscraper, just a place where we manage things every day. We spend a lot of time checking people in or making sure the rooms are ready. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we have to wait for a delivery that's stuck in traffic, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't have a big team of suits running things. It’s just us, wearing comfortable shoes and making sure everything is tidy. We talk to travelers from all over, and it's interesting to hear where everyone is headed. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to the staff about the laundry. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We try to keep it friendly and simple. If you need a place to stay or just have a question about the area, we are usually around the front desk. It's a basic setup but it works for us and the people who stop by.
