Taj Palace,New Delhi

So, we are based out of Rohini, specifically in Sector-24 at Unity Apptt, Pocket-23. It’s a bit of a different setup being in an apartment complex like this, but it works for what we do. Our office is at number 67. New Delhi is always a bit chaotic, and Rohini is no exception, but this pocket is slightly quieter than the main market roads. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things for Taj Palace from here. It is a lot of phone calls and coordinating schedules for the staff. People often get confused when they see the address is a flat, but once they come up, they see we have a regular office setup inside. The commute can be a bit long depending on where you are coming from in Delhi, but the Metro makes it manageable. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors are used to us. It’s a practical space. I usually get in early to beat the worst of the heat and start going through the bookings and logs. There isn't any big sign outside or anything, so you have to look for Pocket-23 carefully. It’s just a group of us working here, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Delhi rush. Sometimes we order food from the local stalls nearby when things get too busy to leave. It feels more like a small community than a big corporate office.
