Taj Palace

So, this Taj Palace is located at 23 Jyoti Apartments in New Delhi. It is an interesting spot because while the name sounds very grand, we are actually operating out of this apartment complex. It’s tucked away in a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a big noisy hotel. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things here, and sometimes guests come by if they have questions about their stay or need to settle some bills. The address says Haryana 110034, which is right on the border area, so it can be a bit confusing for people using GPS for the first time. We spend our time managing the rooms and making sure the staff knows what they are doing for the day. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the office when we have a lot of files to go through. The neighbors in the apartments are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet and not cause too much of a stir. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and lunch. It is a very normal, low-key environment. We don't have big flashy lights or a doorman. It’s just us in a regular room with some computers and phones, trying to stay on top of the bookings. We have been here for a while and the daily routine is pretty much the same.
