Synergy Bio-Synthesis is located at E-2 in the Udyog Nagar Industrial Area, right off the Main Rohtak Road in Peeragarhi. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always loud and there’s always dust in the air from all the factories around us. Our building is a solid, functional space that’s designed for work, not for looking pretty. Inside, you’ll find the usual mix of office desks and some lab-like areas where we spend most of our time. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes, as things can get a bit messy depending on what we’re working on that day. We have a small group of people here who have been with us for years. We all know the quirks of the building, like which light switch is finicky or how the stairwell gets really hot in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time looking at data and making sure our processes are running like they should. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s important work for us. The traffic at the Peeragarhi intersection is a nightmare most mornings, so we’ve all learned to start our days early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a fancy lunchroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or head out to the local stalls. It’s a basic, hardworking setup where we focus on the science and the production side of things without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense.
