You can find Four Fountains De-Stress Spa at E-18 on the second floor, right above the Domino’s in the South Extension Part II Main Market. It’s a bit of a funny spot because the market outside is absolutely chaotic. You’ve got people shouting, cars honking, and the smell of street food everywhere. But once you climb the stairs and get inside our place, it’s a lot quieter. We try to keep it that way so people can actually take a breather. We aren't one of those super fancy, intimidating spas where you feel like you don't belong. We’re pretty down-to-earth. The staff here are just regular people who happen to be good at helping others relax. We spend our days setting up the rooms, making sure the towels are clean, and talking to folks who come in looking pretty stressed out from their jobs or the Delhi traffic. We don't use a lot of complicated words or pretend to have all the answers to life’s problems. We just offer a place to sit down and forget about the noise for an hour. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a hum, or you can hear a faint sound from the market below, but mostly it’s just a simple, calm space. We’ve been in South Ex for a while now and we've seen all kinds of people walk through that door looking for a break.
