We are located at M-28, right on the first floor in the M Block Market of Kailash II. It’s a lively spot to be in, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or eating. Our office at Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd is usually a buzz of activity with phones ringing constantly and people discussing travel dates. It’s not some polished, glass-walled corporate headquarters. It’s a working space where the desks are a bit messy and there’s always a queue at the water cooler. We spend our hours looking at maps and booking systems, trying to get people’s holidays sorted out. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets complicated, and we just have to sit there and figure it out together. We aren’t interested in using a bunch of big words to describe what we do. We just help people plan their trips from this office in GK II. The market outside is always changing, with new shops opening and old ones closing, but we’ve stayed put here on the first floor. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we prefer it that way over being in a lonely office building. There’s a tea guy downstairs who knows all our orders by heart. It’s just a normal job with normal people trying to make things work in a busy part of Delhi.
