Sterling Holiday Resorts India Limited has an office in Okhla Phase II. We are at A-94/3 in the 110020 area of New Delhi. Okhla is very much an industrial zone, so our office is surrounded by factories and other big commercial buildings. It is a dusty and busy place to work. You can hear the sounds of machinery and trucks all day long. Our office at A-94/3 is where we handle all the administrative work for the resorts. It is quite funny to be sitting in a grey industrial area while we talk to people about their sunny holidays. We have a lot of staff in this building, mostly working on phones or computers. The office itself is very functional. We have simple desks and a small break room where we drink a lot of tea. We don't have any fancy decorations or luxury fittings. It is just a place to get the work done. Finding the building can be a bit tricky because all the blocks in Okhla Phase II look a bit similar. We have been here for a long time though, so the local chai walas and delivery drivers know us well. We don't try to sound like a big corporate machine. We are just a team of people in Okhla making sure the holiday bookings are processed correctly. It is a straightforward job in a hardworking part of the city.
