Sterling Holiday Resorts (I) Ltd

Dilshad Colony is where we have set up our shop. It is a busy part of Delhi, and finding a parking spot near D-53/F-1 can be a real headache some days of the week. We deal with all the holiday bookings and resort stuff from this office. It is mostly just phones ringing and computer screens glowing all day long. The office itself isn't very big, but we make it work for us. We have a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually take our breaks when we can get away. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to sit and wait it out, which can be frustrating. People call us up asking about their vacations when they are feeling stressed from their own work. We try to get them sorted out without making things more complicated than they need to be. It is a lot of coordination with different places across the country. Being in Delhi means there is always some noise from the street outside, but you get used to it after a month or two. Our staff stays very busy, especially during the summer months when everyone is trying to escape the city heat. We do not have any fancy lobby or a big reception desk. It is just us sitting at our desks doing the work. Sometimes we bring our lunch from home and eat together. It feels more like a small group of people trying to keep things running.
