You can find us on the ground floor of Star City Mall in Mayur Vihar, at unit G-46. Being in a mall means we are tied to the mall hours, so we are usually here from morning until late evening. It’s a small shop, but it’s packed with watches. We’ve got glass cases all around with different styles of Omax watches. The sound of dozens of watches ticking at once is something you get used to pretty quickly. We spend a lot of our time helping people find something that fits their wrist or helping them change a battery. It’s a lot of fine, detailed work. We don't have a back room, so most of what we do happens right there behind the counter. It can get pretty busy on the weekends when families are out shopping in Mayur Vihar. We aren't doing any high-pressure sales here. We just show people what we have and let them decide. Sometimes we just sit and chat with the regular mall walkers who stop by to say hello. It’s a nice community even if it’s inside a commercial building. The lighting is bright, and we try to keep the glass clean, which is a never-ending job with all the fingerprints. We just keep the clocks set to the right time and wait for the next person to walk through the door.
