Standard Hotel

Standard Hotel is located at 17 Darya Ganj, which is right on the main Netaji Subhash Marg. We are very close to the old Golcha Cinema building, which is probably the best landmark to use if you are trying to find our entrance. Darya Ganj is a very old and historic part of the city, and the street outside always feels very busy and full of life. The guest rooms we have are basic and meant to be functional for travelers. We do not have a massive lobby with fountains or fancy carpets. It is more of a place for people who just need a decent bed in a very central part of town. We see a lot of people who are in Delhi for small business trips or those who want to see the various sights nearby. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow and you can see that the place has some age to it, but we make sure everything is kept clean for the guests. My family has been doing this for a long time, so we know the 110002 area quite well. The traffic outside on the main road can be very noisy during the daytime hours, but it usually settles down once it gets late. Most of the people who stay with us like the fact that they can walk to many different markets from here. It is a simple operation with just a few of us.
