We operate out of No. 32a in Govindpuri. It’s a local neighborhood, and our place fits right in. We deal mostly with barcode technology, which means a lot of scanners, printers, and labels are usually lying around the office. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s practical and keeps things moving for a lot of other businesses. We’ve been in Govindpuri for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Our workspace is functional, meant for testing equipment and packing orders. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who just need their stuff to work so they can run their own shops or warehouses. We spend a lot of time making sure the scanners are calibrated right and the labels are clear. It's the kind of detail work that most people don't think about until something goes wrong. We’re just a small group of people who understand how these systems work. We talk to our customers directly—no middleman or corporate layers. If you have a question about a barcode reader, you just ask us and we tell you what we know. It’s a simple, honest way to do business. We’re usually here from early morning, getting things ready for the day ahead, making sure we haven't missed any orders from the previous evening. It is hard work but it keeps us busy.
