Span Resort & Spa

Our office is located on the 1st floor of the Vijaya Building. Span Resort & Spa has its main administrative work handled from this spot. It is quite a bit different from the actual resort where people go to relax and get away from things, as this is where we deal with all the bookings and the constant phone calls. The Vijaya Building is a sturdy old structure, and we have been in this particular office space for a long time now. We have a few desks set up and there are always plenty of files and papers related to the resort spread around the room. It is definitely not a fancy spa environment here in the office; it is more about the practical work that happens behind the scenes. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone, explaining the best way to get to the resort or describing what the different rooms look like. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, and the hallway outside can be very quiet, but we stay busy with our tasks. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that working for us. It is just a few of us answering emails and making sure the schedules are all correct. People who want to book a stay often give us a call or just drop by if they happen to be in the area. We try to keep things simple and honest for everyone.
