Silver Beads India

Our place is located at 128/2 in Kilkori Village, which is tucked away near Maharani Bagh. It is a bit different from the big, noisy markets you find in the center of the city. Here in the village, things feel a little more relaxed, though it is still quite busy in its own way. We focus mostly on silver beads. We have thousands of them in all sorts of different sizes, shapes, and finishes. They are kept in little glass jars and plastic bins all over the shelves in the room. We spend most of our work hours counting them out and packing them up for various orders that need to go out. The building we are in is very simple and plain. We do not have a big storefront with bright lights or signs to attract people. Usually, the people who need beads already know exactly where to find us. It can get a bit cluttered inside because we have so much stock piled up, but we know where every single item is kept. The neighbors around us are mostly families who have lived in Kilkori for a very long time. We see the same faces every day when we walk out to get our lunch or some tea. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting through the narrow parts of the village streets, so we have to go out and meet them. It is just a practical way of working. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is sorted correctly.
