We are located at House No. 94 in Block C of Lajpat Nagar Part 4, New Delhi. This is where we handle the behind-the-scenes work for our hotels and resorts. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular house that we’ve used for years to manage our bookings and talk to guests. We have a small team here in Delhi, and most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to our staff in Udaipur. We started this business because we liked the hospitality world, and it has grown bit by bit over time. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with all the files and guest logs spread out. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished corporate image. We are just real people trying to make sure anyone who stays at our places has a good time. Lajpat Nagar is a busy place, so there’s always noise outside from the market, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the rooms are ready and the food is sorted. It’s a lot of work to keep things running from a different city, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful whenever someone calls with a question.
