You can find us at B 230 on the ground floor in Lok Vihar, Pitampura, which is in the northern part of Delhi. Shri Ram Motels & Resorts is managed from this office. Even though the name sounds like we should be out in the countryside, this is where the planning and the administrative side of things happen. The ground floor at B 230 is convenient because people can just walk in without having to deal with elevators or long stairs. Pitampura is a crowded area, and Lok Vihar is no different, but we have our own little rhythm here. We deal with bookings, maintenance issues, and all the stuff that goes into running motels and resorts. It is a lot of coordination. The office is usually filled with papers and folders from different locations. We are not a giant hotel chain with a headquarters in a skyscraper. We are just a small group of people working out of a ground-floor space in a Delhi residential colony. We have our tea breaks, we talk to the staff at the different sites, and we try to keep things organized. Delhi 110034 is our zip code, and we have been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It is a regular job with regular hours. We don't use fancy slogans. We just focus on making sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need at the properties we manage.
