We started Shree Kala Home Decor (Opc) Private Limited right here in Govind Puri, tucked away in New Delhi. Most days you'll find us sorting through items or chatting about what looks good in a room. It's a small place at 705/7, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the boxes, but we manage somehow. My cousin helps out when things get busy, usually on the weekends. We don't have fancy offices or a big team, just a few of us trying to make things work in Kalka Ji. People often drop by and ask what we're up to because the door is usually left open for air. It's not a flashy business by any means. We just focus on getting things to the customers without too much fuss or paperwork. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but that's just part of living here. We've been at this address for a while now. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. If you’re around Govind Puri, you’ve probably walked past our door without thinking much about it. We keep our heads down and handle the home decor stuff one day at a time. There's always something to organize or a shelf to move around. It’s mostly just hard work and drinking tea while we plan out the week. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the lights on and doing our job. It gets dusty, and the phones ring more than we'd like, but it's ours.
