Shervani Hospitality is located at 68 E, Pocket 1, Phase 1 in Mayur Vihar. If you know Delhi 110091, you know it's a busy part of town. Our place here isn't trying to be a five-star hotel with gold curtains. It's more of a down-to-earth operation. We deal with people every day who are looking for a place to stay or need help with food and lodging. The office is right in the middle of the residential pocket, so we see a lot of local faces. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic and the vendors, but that’s just Mayur Vihar for you. Inside, we just keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s just a desk, some files, and people who know the area well. We’ve been around Phase 1 for quite some time now. Some of the staff have lived nearby for years. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure things are clean and people are taken care of when they come through. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is a bit slow, but we fix it and move on. It’s a real place with real problems and real solutions. We just like being part of the neighborhood and doing our bit in the hospitality trade without making a big scene of it. It is decent, honest work for us.
