Our place is located right in Connaught Place, at Rodeo 12-A. Being in the middle of N.D.-110001 means we are always around a lot of people and noise. It’s the heart of the city, really. We spend our days looking after guests and making sure the building stays in good shape. Hospitality is a lot of little tasks that add up over the day. You have to keep the floors clean, the lights working, and make sure people feel okay when they walk in. It’s not always easy because things break or people get stressed, but we handle it. The staff here has been around for a bit. We know the shortcut alleys and the best times to avoid the crowds outside. Working in CP is different every day. One day it’s quiet, the next there’s a parade or a big market event. We focus on the rooms and the food, just regular stuff. Nothing too complicated. We don't have a big corporate office elsewhere; we are right here on the ground. When you work in a spot like this, you meet all kinds of travelers. Some are just passing through for work, others are on holiday. We just provide a place for them to stay or eat. It's a lot of laundry, kitchen prep, and answering the same questions about directions. We like being part of the neighborhood. It feels like home to us now after all this time at the Rodeo 12-A address.
