We are located at F-263 on the ground floor in Ladu Sarai, New Delhi. Even though the name is quite long, our actual day-to-day life here is pretty simple and grounded. Being on the ground floor is quite handy because we do not have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs when we are carrying supplies inside. Ladu Sarai is an interesting neighborhood with lots of narrow lanes and a real local feel to it. It can get a bit crowded with cars and bikes outside, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We spend our time managing the daily operations and keeping track of all the small details that come with being a unit of a larger company. The office is not very big, and it often gets cluttered with stacks of paper and files that we need to sort through. We are just a regular crew of people who show up every morning and get to work. There are no fancy uniforms or big corporate slogans on the walls here. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything runs as it should. We see the same tea sellers and delivery people passing by our door every day, which makes us feel like we are part of the community. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just do our best to stay organized and keep things moving forward.
