Shangri-La Hotel

We are based at C/1336 A in Sudershan Park. It is a neighborhood in New Delhi that is mostly houses and small shops. While we carry the Shangri-La Hotel name, this location is our quiet office away from the main hotel bustle. It is not a place with a big pool or a buffet. It is just a house that we converted into a working space. We handle a lot of the administrative parts of the business here. The street is usually quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We don't have a big team of executives in suits. It is just a few of us making sure the paperwork is filed and the numbers add up. Sudershan Park is a decent area, though the roads can get a bit tight when there's a lot of delivery trucks. We have been in this building for a few years. It has got a very lived-in feel. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sound like a big corporation. We just tell it like it is. Most days are just about finishing the pile of work on the desk. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk during our break. It is a very ordinary way to work, but it suits us just fine. We just keep things running from our little corner of the park. It is a lot of typing and checking lists, but we get through it all.
