Shangri-La Hotel

People often ask about the name, but we are just here in Shri Niwas Puri at O-11. It is a busy part of New Delhi, as most people know. We have been here for a while now, just handling the daily things that come with running a place like this. Most days it is just about making sure the rooms are okay and the guests have what they need to get through their stay. We don't really do the big fancy speeches or use big words to describe what goes on here. It is just a building where we work and help people out when they come through 110065. Sometimes the street gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We are right there in the middle of it all. Most of the staff live nearby so they just walk or take a quick ride to get to work. It feels very local because it is. We know the shopkeepers around the corner and they know us. If you are looking for O-11, you just have to find the right turn in Shri Niwas Puri. It is not too hard once you have been here once or twice. We just keep our heads down and do the job every day without much fuss or any of that corporate talk you see elsewhere.
