Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi

We are located at B-89 in the Kirpal Apartments over in I.P. Extension. It is a pretty quiet residential spot in New Delhi, and that is where we do our work for the Shangri-La Hotel. Most people expect a huge building with golden doors, but here we just have a regular office inside the apartment complex. It is where we handle the bookings and all the paperwork that keeps things moving. I have lived in Delhi for most of my life and working out of this area is actually quite nice because it feels more like a community. The address is 44, I.P. Extension, and you can find us if you look for the main gate of the apartments. Sometimes the traffic on the way here is a bit of a mess, especially during the morning rush, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a lobby full of flowers. It is just a few of us with our computers and some filing cabinets. We focus on getting the details right for the guests who are staying at the main hotel. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello while we are working. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. We don't use big words or corporate talk here, just plain English and hard work.
