Shangri-La Hotel New Delhi

Our spot for Shangri-La Hotel New Delhi is over at E-28 on the second floor in Pandav Nagar Delhi-92. It’s a busy part of the city and things can get a bit chaotic outside with the traffic and the local shops. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the horns honking. It’s mostly just an office setup here where we handle the bookings and the back-end stuff that keeps everything running. We don't have a giant gold lobby or anything like that in this specific building. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend the day checking guest lists and making sure the reservations are lined up. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot out, but we manage. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just the daily grind of hospitality work. People might get confused by the address if they are looking for a big hotel tower, but this is where the actual work happens. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. We’ve been in this Pandav Nagar location for a while now and it feels like home to the staff. Just a regular workplace with regular people doing their jobs for the guests.
