Sewa Grand Hotel

Sewa Grand Hotel is located in North East Delhi, specifically in Bhagirathi Vihar Phase-II. The address is A-4/79, and we are right opposite Yamuna Vihar, which is a big landmark around here. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening on the streets. We aren't one of those five-star places you see in the magazines. We are a more down-to-earth kind of place. We have people coming and going all the time. Our building is easy to spot if you’re coming from the main road. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We try to keep the place tidy and make sure everyone who stops by feels okay. It’s a lot of work running a hotel in such a crowded area, but we’ve been doing it for a bit now. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside gets a little loud, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't have fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If someone needs help, we do what we can. It’s a practical business. We focus on the basics like clean rooms and making sure the lights work. We don't promise anything we can't do. It’s just us here, trying to run a decent place for people to stay or visit while they are in this part of the city.
