We are over in Shahdara, specifically at 5/77 Gajju Katra. It gets pretty crowded around here in Bara Bazar, so finding us the first time might take a minute if you aren't used to these narrow streets. We spend most of our days talking to people about their travel plans and looking at schedules. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. Some days it’s quiet, other days the office is a mess with brochures and files everywhere. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody has a headache later on. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular office space where we keep the coffee going and try to stay organized. Most people know us from the neighborhood. We handle a lot of the holiday stuff for families around here. It can get stressful when systems go slow, but we manage. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. We are usually here from morning until the market starts closing up for the night. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just sitting at the desks working through the next batch of reservations. It’s plain work, but it keeps us busy. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. The fan makes a bit of noise, but we don't mind it much anymore. It's just home to us.
