Sea Hawk Resorts

We are based out of room 205 in Munirka Village, which is a bit of a maze if you are not used to the narrow lanes. New Delhi is a crowded place, and our office sits right in the heart of all that noise. Most of our work involves answering the phones and keeping track of all the bookings on the computer. It is a small office with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork piled up on the corners. We deal with people looking for a break from the city, even though we are sitting right in the middle of it ourselves. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the tea kettle is always running in the corner. We spend our days talking to travelers and making sure the schedules are all lined up correctly. It is a lot of coordination between different people. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we stay on top of things as best we can. We have been in this spot for a while now, so most of the neighbors know us by name. It is not a fancy corporate building, just a regular space where we get our work done. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when things get busy with the holiday seasons. It is just a few of us here making sure everything runs smooth for the guests. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff so the actual resorts stay organized.
