Faresure Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 227A in Sant Nagar. We’ve been set up here for a bit, handling different types of travel bookings and tickets. It’s a small office, nothing too big or flashy. Most of our day is spent on computers and phones, trying to figure out how to get people where they need to go. Sant Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We started this because we knew a bit about how the travel systems work and figured we could help people out. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the booking systems act up, which can be frustrating, but we just keep at it until it’s sorted. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone like that. It’s just us in the office making sure the paperwork is correct and the dates are right. We’ve had some long days when things get busy during the holiday seasons. It can get a bit cluttered with folders and notes on the desks, but we know where everything is. We just try to be honest with people about what’s available. If a flight is full or a price is too high, we tell them. It’s a basic service and we try to do it right from our little corner of the neighborhood.
