Sangam Palace Hotel

We’ve been here in Sector-8 for quite some time now, just tucked away on E-16/141. It’s a busy part of Delhi, especially with the traffic during the day, but our spot stays relatively quiet once you step inside. We don't have those fancy lobbies you see in movies, but the rooms are clean and the fans work well, which matters most when the heat picks up. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or if they’re working nearby in the industrial areas around Haryana and Delhi. It’s mostly just us keeping things running, making sure the linens are washed and the water is running in the mornings. Sometimes the doorbell rings at odd hours, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We know the neighbors well and the local tea stall around the corner is where most of us go for a break. If you're looking for the place, look for the big blue sign near the main turn, though the paint is fading a bit lately. It’s nothing too grand, just a place to sleep and wash up. We try to keep the hallways clear and the front desk usually has someone sitting there, even if they’re just reading the paper. It gets a bit crowded during the wedding season because of the nearby halls, so things get a little noisier then. We just take it day by day and try to make sure guests have what they need without any fuss.
